MATERIAL TO SCHOOL SYSTEMS IN THE STATE CONCERNING FIRE
AND RESCUE EDUCATION.

THE INSTITUTE SHALL PROVIDE BASIC TRAINING FOR
RESCUE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN COOPERATION
WITH THE DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE.

THE FUNDING OF THE INSTITUTE SHALL BE AS PROVIDED IN
THE STATE BUDGET.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

FOR the purpose of authorising the imposition of a tax in
Anne Arundel County on instruments conveying title

certain conditions; and providing for a maximum
rate.

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

Section 278B

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1969 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 278B be and it is hereby added
