therefore; providing for requirements of practice,
prohibited acts, and hearing procedures;

the licensing and regulation of the practice of
barbering in the State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections [[31113 312 through 325B of
Article 43 — Health, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections [[311]] 312 through 324 be and they are hereby
added to Article 43 — Health, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to
read as follows:
