LAWS OF MARYLAND

[Ch. 577

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 830(e) of Article 43 - Health, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

830.

(e) Conditions caused by an act of God, strike,
riot, catastrophe, FIRE AND RESCUE STATION [[ALTERING]]
ALERTING DEVICES or any condition over which the alleged
violator has no control [shall] ARE not [be deemed to be]
violations of this subtitle [or] NOR of the regulations
promulgated pursuant to it.

SECTION 2., AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

State Purchased Care — Audits

FOR the purpose of requiring the departments of State
government and other agencies which purchase care
for children, juveniles, and adults in
nongovernmental facilities to [[have audits]]
require reviews be made of money paid for that care;
providing for an exception to the review under
certain conditions; and generally relating to those
[[audits]] reviews.

BY adding to

Article 15A — Budget and Fiscal Planning

Section 28

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
