concerning motor vehicles subject to total loss

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 3-113(f) and 3-506 be and
they are hereby added to Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as follows:
