SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
2 and 3 of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Circuit Court — Costs

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions regarding
court costs in circuit court proceedings and
providing that the [[Comptroller]] [[Board of Public
Works upon recommendation of the]] State Court
Administrator shall determine the amount of all
court costs subject to the approval of the Board of
Public Works, unless otherwise provided; and
providing that the Comptroller shall take certain
action regarding the collection of court fees and
costs.

Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
