(h) In Montgomery County no person shall consume
any alcoholic beverages on any premises open to the
general public, or any place of public entertainment,
which holds a Class B, Class C, [or] Class D OR CLASS H
beer license; or a Class B, Class C, [or] Class D OR
CLASS H beer and light wine license; [or a Class H beer
and light wine license;] or a Class B [,] beer, wine and
liquor license, nor shall any owner, operator or manager
of said premises or place knowingly permit such
consumption of alcoholic beverages between [12:30] 1:30
o'clock a.m. and the next succeeding hour authorized by
law for sales to begin under the respective licenses.
All containers of alcoholic beverages shall be removed
from the table or tables prior to [12:30] 1:30 o'clock
a.m.
102.
(A) In Montgomery County, notwithstanding any
other provision of this subtitle, [ (a) ] a holder of an
alcoholic beverage license shall not sell any alcoholic
beverages between the hours of [12:01] 1:00 o'clock a.m.
and 12 o'clock noon on Sunday, except holders of Class B
and Class C, beer, wine and liquor licenses, as
hereinafter provided.
(b) The privileges conferred by a Class C, beer,
wine and liquor license (on sale—generally) may be
exercised from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. on the
day following, except that no sale shall be made on
Sunday between the hours of 2 o'clock a.m. and 11
o'clock a.m.
(c) The privileges conferred by a Class B, beer,
wine and liquor license (on sale—generally) may be
exercised from [6] 9 o'clock a.m. ON ANY DAY to [12] 1
o'clock A.M. ON THE [[FOLLOWING DAY [midnight] on every
day]] DAY FOLLOWING, except that no sale shall be made on
Sunday [prior] BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1 O'CLOCK A.M. AND to
11 o'clock a.m.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
