83. Beer Licenses.

(b) [[(1) The hours daring which the privileges
conferred by a Class B beer license may be exercised
shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight

sale before 9 o'clock a.m. and in] THE PRIVILEGE MAY BE
EXERCISED FROM 9 O'CLOCK A.M. ON ANY DAY TO 12 O'CLOCK
MIDNIGHT FOR OFF SALE PRIVILEGES AND FROM 9 O'CLOCK A.M.
ON ANY DAY TO 1 O'CLOCK A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR ON
SALE PRIVILEGES.

(3)        IN Prince George's County the hours
shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. on the day
following.

(d)         (1) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by a Class D beer license may be exercised
shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(2)        IN Garrett County the hours shall be
from 7 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight [, (2) in].

(3)        IN Howard County the hours shall be from
6 o'clock a.m. to 1 o'clock a.m. [, and in].

(4)        IN Kent County the hours shall be from 6
o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. [,(3) in].

(5)         IN Montgomery County the hours shall be
from 9 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight[,] ON ANY DAY
