(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 9(i) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
9.

(i) [In Prince George's County the annual license
fee shall be one hundred and seventy-five dollars
($175.00),] NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION
(A) OF THIS SECTION, THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY MAY NOT ISSUE ANY CLASS B BEER
LICENSE WITH OTHER THAN THE PRIVILEGE OF SELLING BEER FOR
CONSUMPTION ON THE LICENSED PREMISE (ON SALE ONLY).
HOWEVER, LICENSEES HOLDING THIS CLASS OF LICENSE PRIOR TO
JULY 1, 1975, WHO HAVE BEEN EXERCISING THE PRIVILEGE OF
SELLING BEER FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE LICENSED PREMISE MAY
CONTINUE TO EXERCISE THIS PRIVILEGE. THE ANNUAL FEE FOR
THIS LICENSE IS $175.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
