AN ACT concerning

Antitrust — Permitted Conduct

FOR the purpose of correcting an error relating to the
applicability of certain statutory defenses and
permitted conduct under the State antitrust laws and
conforming their applicability to that contained in
the federal statutes dealing with similar matters.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 11-204(b) of Article - Commercial
Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by

Chapter ____ (H.B. 26) of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1975) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
