ASSETS.

(D)        DISCHARGE OF TRUSTEE OR RECEIVER.

THE DIRECTOR-TRUSTEES OR RECEIVER ARE RELEASED
AND DISCHARGED FROM ALL FURTHER LIABILITY IN THE MATTER
ON DISTRIBUTION OF ALL ASSETS AS PROVIDED IN THIS
SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

private agencies in order to bring them within the
definition of "person" for purposes of the

Section 12—201 (i)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1974 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 12-201 (i) of Article - Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
