GENERAL ELECTION ONLY THE NAMES OF THE REMAINING DULY
NOMINATED CANDIDATES. No person shall be certified as
a candidate who is subject to the authority of the Board
of Education.

(d) Any vacancy on the (said] said board [in an
office filled by an interim incumbent or an elected
member resulting from death, resignation, failure to
qualify, or any other reason] FOR ANY REASON shall be
filled by selection by the remaining members of the Board
of [the selection by the remaining members of the Board

Washington Suburban Sanitary District

Bonds as Surety Collateral

FOR the purpose of [[requiring]] providing bonds of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District be included in
the category of bonds which the State Treasurer, in
his discretion, may accept as surety collateral for
the deposit of public funds, up to a certain percent
of the par value of the bonds.
