MARYLAND, That Section 2-506(a) (24) of Article - Courts
and Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings

2-506.

(a) A bailiff shall receive the compensation
provided in this section. Unless otherwise provided, the
amount is a per diem sum for each day he attends the
circuit court.

(24) Worcester County—[$15] $20.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Second Judicial Circuit — Pension for
Court Stenographer

FOR the purpose of creating a pension for any Court
Stenographer of the Second Judicial Circuit who has
served for a certain number of years; specifying the
proportion of the pension each county is to pay;
requiring the annual appropriation of the funds
necessary to pay for the pension; setting the amount
of the pension; and adding a subtitle.
