AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — State's Attorney and Office

PGC 215A

FOR the purpose of increasing the number of Principal
Assistant State's Attorneys and the Assistant
State's Attorneys in Prince George's County;
revising the salaries of certain State's Attorneys;
permitting the appointment of an Administrative
Assistant and establishing his salary; and
clarifying language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 40(q) (3) of Article 10 - Attorneys
at Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be
and it is hereby renumbered to be Section 40(q) (10).
