SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 4-1(b) of The Code of The
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, (1969 Edition, as
amended), being also Section 86-4—1(b) of The Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County being Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972
Edition, as amended), being also Section 83—63(b) of The
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) be and
they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments,
