FOR the purpose of restricting the off sale privilege of
Class B beer and light vine licenses in Prince
George's County.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 14 (i)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 14 (i) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

14.

(i) [In Prince George's County the annual license
fee shall be two hundred and ten dollars($210.00).]
NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS
SECTION, THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY MAY NOT ISSUE ANY CLASS B BEER AND LIGHT
WINE LICENSE WITH OTHER THAN THE PRIVILEGE OF SELLING
BEER AND LIGHT WINE FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE LICENSED
PREMISE (ON SALE ONLY). HOWEVER, LICENSEES HOLDING THIS
CLASS OF LICENSE PRIOR TO JULY 1, 1975, WHO HAVE BEEN
