regulations governing group day care centers and any
subsequent amendments thereto. Rules and regulations for
the implementation of this program shall be promulgated
by each local board of education and the Board of School
Commissioners of Baltimore City, but such rules and
regulations shall be consistent with the Maryland State
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regulations
governing group day care centers.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Appeal from Decision of County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of repealing a provision of the Annotated
Code of Maryland which permits certain persons to
appeal certain decisions of the county commissioners
to the circuit court for the county.

Section 155A

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 155A of Article 25 - County
Commissioners, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:

(a) Any party, or any taxpayer not a party to the
proceedings, may appeal to the circuit court for the
county from any decision or order of the county
