SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Appeals from Decisions of Maryland Tax Court

FOR the purpose of giving the Court of Special Appeals
jurisdiction over appeals from the Maryland Tax
Court; providing in a case or proceeding in or
decided by the Court of Special Appeals upon appeal
from the Maryland Tax Court, a petition of
certiorari may be filed in the Court of Appeals; and
making certain technical corrections to the language
and style of expression of certain provisions of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
