hereby repealed:
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages
116.
[(a) No holder of a beer, wine and liquor license,
Class D, for the sale of alcoholic beverages on any
premises, shall sell or permit to be sold or furnished
upon any premises, any such beverages, except in a room
having one or more plain glass windows on the street or
highway so as to enable persons standing on the ground or
highway to observe the interior of the premises at all
hours during which sales are prohibited, and during such
hours no curtain, blind or other obstruction shall be
placed before such window or windows, and every such
place shall have an entrance, facing on the street, which
shall be open at all hours during which sales are being
made.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
District Court — Appeals
FOR the purpose of providing that the Court of Appeals
shall require, by writ of certiorari that a decision
be certified to it for review and determination in
any case in which a final judgment has been rendered
by a circuit court on appeal from the District
court, if the Court of Appeals finds the decision in
the case meets certain criteria.
