AN ACT concerning

Repeal of Friendship International Airport — Bond Issue

FOR the purpose of repealing the Act which authorized the
creation of a State debt for the purpose of
providing the payment on account [[on]] of the
purchase of Friendship International Airport by the
State from the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore[[; providing for organizational expense of
creating the Maryland Airport Authority and
continuing the planning of future development of the
facilities of the airport; matching payment of
present bonded indebtedness and repaying Baltimore
City for committed capital improvements; providing
for certain capital improvement programs; and
providing generally for the issue and sale of
Certificates of Indebtedness evidencing the loan]]
and the issuance and sale of bonds to evidence such
indebtedness.

BY repealing

Chapter 449 of The Acts of
The General Assembly of 1968

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Chapter 449 of The Acts of The General
Assembly of 1968 be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
