A GROUP AND BLANKET HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRACT MAY
NOT REDUCE PAYMENTS TO ANY PERSON ENTITLED TO RECEIVE
DISABILITY PAYMENTS BECAUSE SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS
RECEIVED BY HIM HAVE BEEN INCREASED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 108 to be under the new subtitle "Pension Plans"
be and it is hereby added to Article 100 — Work, Labor
and Employment, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (196 4
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as
follows:

108.

A PENSION PLAN MAY NOT REDUCE PAYMENTS TO ANY PERSON
ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE PENSION PAYMENTS [[SOLELY]]
BECAUSE SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY HIM HAVE
BEEN INCREASED.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
