device in any building or property mentioned in the
foregoing sections in an arrangement or preparation with
intent to eventually wilfully and maliciously set fire to
or burn same, or to procure the setting fire to or
burning of same shall, for the purpose of this subtitle
constitute an attempt to burn such building or property
AND SHALL CARRY THE PENALTY PRESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (A)
OR (B), WHICHEVER APPLIES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

officer", for purposes of the Police Training
Commission Law, to include a police officer
