(3) IN EXERCISING THE POWERS GRANTED UNDER
THIS SECTION, FOREST OR PARK WARDENS SHALL MAKE EVERY
ATTEMPT TO MINIMIZE DELAY OF THE OPERATIONS OF RAILROADS
AND ALL UTILITIES

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Fish and Fisheries — Scientific Permit

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Secretary of the
Department of Natural Resources to issue a
non—transferable scientific permit to collect fish,
fish eggs, crustaceans or mollusks, and providing
for the criteria for issuing a permit, a permit fee,
the expiration date, and conditions under which a
permit becomes void, and providing a certain
exception.
