AN ACT concerning

Correctional Training Commission — correctional
Supervisors and Administrators

FOR the purpose of creating the positions of
[[Correctional Supervisor and Correctional
Administrator1] correctional supervisor and
correctional administrator: permitting the
Correctional Training Commission to prescribe
qualifications and standards of training and
promotion for correctional supervisors and
administrators, defining terms, changing
definitions, clarifying certain language. and
correcting language.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 70B(b) , (f) and (g) of Article 41
— Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(b) As used in this section:

(1)   "Approved correctional training school" [shall
mean] MEANS a school approved and authorized by the
Correctional Training Commission to offer training
programs as prescribed in this section.
