SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 17A(g) of Article 23a -
Corporations — Municipal, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be
and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Article 23A - Corporations — Municipal

17A.

(g) The State Department of Legislative Reference
shall receive the several compilations and statements
thus delivered to it. The TITLES OF THE laws of the
several municipal corporations which amend their charters
shall be arranged in a logical and convenient order and
shall be delivered to the State printer for inclusion in
the Session Laws of the General Assembly for its regular
session in that year. The TITLES OF THE laws of the
municipal corporations which amend their charters shall
be printed and identified as such, and they shall be
indexed with or in a supplemental volume to the laws
enacted by the General Assembly.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
7(g) of Article 25A — Chartered Counties of Maryland, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
