AN ACT concerning

Unincorporated Associations

FOR the purpose of transferring certain provisions
relating to unincorporated associations, joint stock
companies, and other groups from one article of the
Code to another; changing style and punctuation;
repealing certain obsolete provisions relating to
certain proceedings by or against certain groups;
and correcting cross references to those provisions.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 13 8 of Article 23 - Corporations,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement
Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed:
