SECTION 14. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
Sections 15(i) and 15(j) of Article 95A - Unemployment
Insurance Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 95A — Unemployment Insurance Law

15.

(i) The provisions of [Article 81, § 2041 TITLE 3,
SUBTITLE 5 OF THE CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS ARTICLE
OF THE CODE WHICH RELATE TO FORFEITURE OF A CORPORATE
CHARTER FOR NONPAYMENT OF TAXES shall apply to nonpayment
of unemployment insurance contributions or interest.

(j) The provisions of [Article 23,   Â§Â§ 77 and 80] §§

3-407 AND 3-417 OF THE CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

ARTICLE OF THE CODE shall apply to the payment of

unemployment insurance contributions and   interest due and
owing by any corporation.

SECTION 15. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
13—301(b) of Article — Estates and Trusts, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

(b) A "bank" is any banking institution formed
pursuant to [Article 11 of the Annotated Code, title
"Banks and Trust Companies," or pursuant to] the laws of
THIS STATE OR another state or pursuant to the laws of
the United States as a national bank.

SECTION 16. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
Sections 11-109(d) and 14-113 of Article - Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
