County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County. The
inspectors for Anne Arundel County shall be known as the
"liquor inspectors for Anne Arundel County." There shall
be a full—time administrator to the board whose annual
salary shall be fixed by the board not exceeding $8,500
nor less than $7,500. There shall be a full—time
secretary to the board whose annual salary shall be fixed
by the board not exceeding, $7,360 nor less than $6,500,
and a full—time clerk to the board at any annual salary
of $3,300, and an attorney to the board, at an annual
salary of $3,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Motor Clubs — Road Service

FOR the purpose of providing that a motor club [[must]]
may not provide in its service contract for [[the
services of a service network to render emergency
road service]] reimbursement only, unless the
contract clearly states that no road service will be
provided.

Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
