not mentally disordered and does not give the appearance
of being in clear and imminent danger of causing grave
and immediate personal harm to himself or others, the
physician shall so certify in writing on the petition,
and the emergency admittee must be released from custody
forthwith, and he must be transported to the place at
which he entered into custody, unless he requests not to
be transported.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
