[[SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF MARYLAND, That Sections 4-211(a), 4-617, 4-715(a),
4-728 (a), 4-1004(c), 4-1005(a), 4-1006(c), 4-1008 (a),
4-1023, 4-1036, 4-1116(b), 8-712(C), (d), 8-1401(f),
8-1412(b), 8-1413(b),        (c), (h), 8-1417, 9-501(c),

10-308.1, 10-410(e), 10-601, 10-606(a) and 10-707(b) of
Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed:

4-211.

(a) Any person desiring to COMMERCIALLY practice
the art of taxidermy or who desires to mount or preserve
any species of finfish legally acquired, first, shall
apply for a taxidermist and fur-tanning license. A
taxidermist and fur—tanning license also shall permit the
holder to mount, preserve, or tan any species of wildlife
legally acquired as well as finfish.

4-617.

(a)      A person may not angle with more than three
rods and lines with two hooks to each line. Artificial
lures or plugs with multiple or gang hooks are considered
one unit.

(b)      A slat basket, commonly known as the Chesapeake
Bay eel pot, may [not] be used to catch eels.

(c)      A state resident who has secured a resident
angler's license may fish by use of a dip net only from
January 1 through April 15 only in the following nontidal
