In subsections (a) and (b) of this section,
the words "the State" are substituted for
"this State," and, in subsection (b), the word
"the" is substituted for the word "such."

In subsection (b) of this section, the date
"June 1, 1918" is substituted for the phrase
"the adoption of this article." The phrase
"Article 73, §§ 1 to 22 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of 1911" is
deleted and "the Limited Partnership Act in
effect prior to April 10, 1918" substituted
for clarity.

The only other changes are technical changes
in punctuation.

IN ANY CASE NOT PROVIDED FOR IN THIS TITLE THE

10-128. CONSTRUCTION OF TITLE.

(A)    THE RULE THAT STATUTES IN DEROGATION OF THE
COMMON LAST ARE TO BE STRICTLY CONSTRUED SHALL HAVE NO
APPLICATION TO THIS TITLE.

(B)     THIS TITLE SHALL BE SO INTERPRETED AND
CONSTRUED AS TO EFFECT ITS GENERAL PURPOSE TO MAKE
UNIFORM THE LAW OF THOSE STATES WHICH ENACT IT.
