CREDIT ONION ACCOUNT NUMBER OF EACH VOTER AS IT APPEARS
ON THE IDENTIFICATION FORM;

(II)    PLACE THE VERIFIED IDENTIFICATION FORM
AND SEALED BALLOT ENVELOPE IN SEPARATE PLACES FOR
SAFEKEEPING PENDING THE COUNT OF THE VOTE;

(III)    RETAIN ANY QUESTIONABLE OR CHALLENGED
IDENTIFICATION FORM WITH THE SEALED BALLOT UNTIL THE
VERIFICATION OR CHALLENGE IS RESOLVED;

(IV)   VERIFY THAT EACH ELIGIBLE VOTER DOES NOT
VOTE MORE THAN ONCE; AND

(V)    AFTER THE TIME SPECIFIED IN SUBSECTION
(E) OF THIS SECTION, TALLY THE VOTES AND REPORT THE

RESULTS TO THE PRESIDENT.

(G) ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE CREDIT UNION SHALL MAKE THE
RESULTS OF THE ELECTION PUBLIC AT THE ANNUAL MEETING OF
THE MEMBERS.

6-315. DIRECTORS.

(A) NUMBER AND QUALIFICATION.

EACH CREDIT UNION SHALL HAVE AT LEAST FIVE
DIRECTORS, EACH OF WHOM SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE CREDIT
UNION.

(B) TENURE.

EACH DIRECTOR HOLDS OFFICE FOR THE TIME WHICH THE
BYLAWS SPECIFY.

(C) OATH OF OFFICE.

EACH DIRECTOR SHALL TAKE AN OATH TO PERFORM
FAITHFULLY EVERY DUTY OF HIS OFFICE.
