APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS. [[and]]
[[country clubs]] [[and the]] THE annual license fee for
[such] THE license [shall be one thousand dollars

LICENSES MAY BE ISSUED FOR COUNTRY CLUBS AND THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE FOR THE LICENSE IS [[ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00)]] $1.000. [Such licenses] LICENSES may be
issued anywhere in Calvert County for premises which are
bona fide post homes of posts of the American Legion or
Veterans of Foreign Mars and the annual license fee for
[such 3 THE license to these organizations [shall be five
hundred dollars ($500.00)] IS $500. The licenses in any
post hones of posts of the American Legion and/or
Veterans of Foreign Wars shall allow only for the sale of
[such] liquor by the drink and on the premises.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

(Senate Bill 297)

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt — Domiciliary Care Facilities

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State
debt in the aggregate amount of One Million Dollars
($1,000,000), [[the proceeds thereof to be known as
the "Domiciliary Health Care Facilities Loan of
1975",]] the proceeds thereof to be used to provide
loans to eligible domiciliary care facilities to
assist in defraying the capital costs incurred by
domiciliary care facilities in installing hydraulic
sprinkler systems , including water supplies,
[[and]] or other life safety improvements required
by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in a
domiciliary care facility; and providing generally
for the issue and sale of bonds evidencing such
loan.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Board of Public Works is hereby
authorized and empowered to issue a State loan to be
known as the "Domiciliary Health Care Facilities Loan of
1975" in the aggregate amount of One Million Dollars
($1,000,000).
