AN ACT concerning
Professional Services Evaluation Boards — Membership
FOR the purpose of providing that the Governor may
designate an alternate member for the Transportation
Professional Services Selection Board and for the
General Professional Services Selection Board;
adding to the list of those who may serve as the
floating member of the Transportation Professional
Services Selection Board; and including the Maryland
Transportation Authority among those bodies whose
contracts are to be submitted to the Transportation
Professional Services Selection Board, but not
submitted to the General Professional Services
Selection Board.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
Article 41 — Governor — Executive and Administrative
Departments

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 23lN(a) and 231P of Article 41 -
Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(a) There are two professional services evaluation
boards as follows:
(1) The transportation professional services
selection board is a part of the Department of
Transportation. It consists of four permanent members
and one floating member as follows:
