Article 41 — Governor — Executive and

(b) "AELR Committee" means the Committee on
Administrative, Executive and Legislative Review.

The contracting states solemnly agree:

ARTICLE 15. (d) Nothing in this article shall be
construed to exclude from the coverage of Articles
[I—XIV] 1—14 of this compact any matter which, in the
absence of this article, could reasonably be construed to
be covered thereby.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

(1969 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 52(4) of Article 88B - State
Police, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
