SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 33A through [[33]] 33C to be
under the new subtitle "[[Chief]] State Prosecutor" be
and they are hereby added to Article 10 - Attorneys at
Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to
read as follows:
