(2) THE STATE SHARE OF THE MINIMUM PROGRAM FOR
CURRENT EXPENDITURES FOR EACH COUNTY SHALL BE THE
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COUNTY SHARE CALCULATED PURSUANT
TO SUBSECTION (E) (1) OF THIS SECTION AND THE MINIMUM
PROGRAM FOR CURRENT EXPENDITURES TO BE SHARED AS DEFINED
IN SUBSECTION (C).
(f) The appropriate officials of the several
counties and of participating municipalities may levy for
and appropriate the necessary moneys as specified in this
section[.][[, EXCEPT THAT NO COUNTY SHALL LEVY LESS THAN
IT LEVIED FOR FISCAL 1975]]. These moneys plus the
State's contribution to that county shall be utilized
solely for the purposes of this subtitle,
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

State Prosecutorial System
FOR the purpose of creating a new organization and system
for the prosecution of State and local crimes;
creating the office of [[Chief]] State Prosecutor
and providing for his appointment, qualifications,
salary, duties, powers, responsibilities, removal,
retirement, reprimand, and discipline; providing the
venue for the trial of certain cases prosecuted by
the [[Chief]] State Prosecutor; creating the
[[Prosecutors]] State Prosecutor Selection and
Disabilities Commission [[and the Prosecutors
Selection Commission]] and providing for [[their]]
its composition, terms, qualifications, duties,
powers and procedures; [[providing for State
Prosecutors in each county and in Baltimore City;]]
providing for the powers, and duties[[, bond,
salary, removal, retirement, reprimand, discipline,
and manner of election of State Prosecutors;
providing for deputy and assistant State Prosecutors
and their manner of appointment, tenure, and
salary;]] of State's attorneys; restricting outside
activities of the [[Chief]] State Prosecutor[[, the
