Rescue Association and adopted by the Calvert County Fire
and Rescue Commission; provided, however, that nothing
herein is interpreted to preclude the loan of county
funds to any department prior to its meeting subject
standards.
(B) BEFORE ANY PRIVATE, COMMERICAL OR
INDUSTRIAL FIRE OR AMBULANCE SERVICE IS AUTHORIZED TO
OPERATE IN CALVERT COUNTY IT MUST ALSO CONFORM TO THE
SAME STANDARDS. HOWEVER, WHEN THE UNITS RECEIVE NO
COUNTY FUNDS AND EITHER SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT OR
HARDSHIPS ARE INVOLVED, THE CALVERT COUNTY FIRE AND
RESCUE COMMISSION MAY, AFTER CONFERRING WITH THE CALVERT
COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE ASSOCIATION, WAIVE ANY PART OR ALL
OF THESE STANDARDS. ALL UNITS AND EQUIPMENT IN EXISTENCE
ON JULY 1, 1975, SHALL BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
SECTION BY JULY 1, 1976.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

FOR the purpose of requiring a public sale for
disposition of Charles County property valued under
a certain amount.

Section 348G
Article 9 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1969 Edition and 1972 Supplement, as amended)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 348G be and it is hereby added
to the Public Local Laws of Charles County being Article
9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1969
Edition and 1972 Supplement, as amended) to read as
