EQUIPPED WITH PUBLIC RESTROOMS WITH A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST
ONE FOR EACH SEX, AND SHALL BE CONNECTED TO A HEALTH
DEPARTMENT APPROVED PUBLIC OR PRIVATE WATER AND WASTE
SYSTEM.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1,1975.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County — Public Funds

FOR the purpose, of permitting the Calvert County
Commissioners to use certain public funds to
reimburse Calvert — Arundel Medical Facilities,
Inc., for construction of certain entrances as
required by the State Department of Transportation.

BY adding to

The Public Local Laws of Calvert County
Section 175(d)

Article 5 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement, as
amended by Chapter 594 of the Acts of 1973)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 175(d) be and it is hereby
added to the Public Local Laws of Calvert County being
Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement, as amended by Chapter
594 of the Acts of 1973) to read as follows:

(D) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S MAY USE PUBLIC FUNDS,

IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,000, TO REIMBURSE CALVERT
