SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Montgomery County — Rockville City Charter
MC 77-75

FOR the purpose of deleting from the Rockville,
Montgomery County, City Charter a restriction
relating to a certain maximum percentage on bonds
which may be issued concerning urban renewal in that
City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 72-84(2) of the Public Local Laws
of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

72-84.

(2) Bonds issued under this section shall be
authorized by resolution or ordinance of the legislative
body of the municipality and may be issued in one or more
series and shall bear such date or dates, shall mature at
such time or times, bear interest at such rate or rates,
