DAY (INCLUDING SUNDAY). IN Baltimore and Kent counties
the hours shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m.
[and (3) in]

(4)    IN Howard County the hours shall be from 6
o'clock a.m. to 1 o'clock a.m.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 90(b) (2) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
