AN ACT concerning

Caroline County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of altering the hours and days of sale of
Class D beer licensees in Caroline County; adding
numbering where appropriate; and clarifying
language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 83 (d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 83 (d) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

83.

(d) (1) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by a Class D beer license may be exercised
shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

(2)  IN CAROLINE COUNTY THE HOURS SHALL BE FROM

6  A.M. MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY UNTIL 1 A.M. THE
FOLLOWING DAY (INCLUDING SUNDAY). [Provided that (1) in]

(3)  IN Garrett County the hours shall be from

7 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight[, (2) in].

(4)    IN Howard County the hours shall be from
6 o'clock a.m. to 1 o'clock a.m.[, and in]

(5)    IN Kent County the hours shall be from 6
o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m.[, (3) in]
