SOLELY BAR-RELATED CAPACITY, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY
PROVISIONS IN THIS ARTICLE TO THE CONTRARY.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Fees of Officers — Repeal of Obsolete Provisions

FOR the purpose of repealing provisions relating to fees
paid to clerks of court which were transferred to
the Courts Article and inadvertently left unrepealed
in Article 36.

BY repealing

Article 36 — Fees   of Officers

Section 12(b-1)

Annotated Code of   Maryland

(1971 Replacement   Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 12(b-1) of Article 36 - Fees of
Officers, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
