AN ACT concerning

Insurance Code — Technical Errors

FOR the purpose of correcting certain technical errors
relating to insurance laws; and repealing a section
relating to group health insurance policies which
cover expenses incurred for services rendered by
optometrists which was superceded by a similar
provision enacted by Chapter 482 of the Acts of
1974.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 48A — Insurance Code

Section 40(1), 408A(b), and 543(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY  OF

MARYLAND, That Sections 40(1), 408A(b), and 543(b)     of

Article 48A — Insurance Code, of the Annotated Code  of

Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)   be
and they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
