all reasonable physician and/or health care institution
charges incurred and the parents or the guardian of the
child shall be liable to the local department for such
payments.
36.
(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
prevent the carrying of any of the weapons mentioned in
the preceding paragraph of this section by an officer of
this state, or of any county or city therein, who is
entitled or required to carry such weapon as part of his
official equipment, or by any conservator of the peace,
who is entitled or required to carry such weapon as part
of his official equipment, or by any officer or
conservator of the peace of some other state temporarily
sojourning in this State, or by any special agent of a
railway or by any person to whom a permit to carry a
concealed weapon has been issued under [§ 90A of Article
56 of the Code,] 36E OF THIS ARTICLE, or by any person
who shall carry such weapon as a reasonable precaution
against apprehended danger, but the tribunal before which
any case arising under the provisions of this section may
be tried, shall have the right to judge of the
reasonableness of the carrying of any such weapon, and
the proper occasion therefor, under the evidence in the
case.

Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed or given
effect to prevail over the wiretapping provisions in §
585 of this article and in §§ 10-401 through [10-410]
10-408 of the Courts Article.

(d) Notwithstanding any provision of this section,
in Carroll County, it is lawful at any carnival, bazaar
or raffle authorized by this section to award prizes in
cash totaling up to $10 to any one person and in
merchandise totaling up to $2 50 to any one person in any
one game or spin by devices that are commonly known as
paddlewheels or wheels of fortune. An organization may
not hold more than ten days of paddlewheel games in any
one [calender] CALENDAR year.

(c) If the trial or other ultimate disposition of
such charge or charges, indictment or indictments,
results in a record of conviction being entered against
the person or persons so arrested, in connection with
which the said money, currency, or cash may have been so
