LAWS OF MARYLAND

[Ch. 189

(a) Each license [issued under this subtitle]
shall state the address at which the licensed business is
to be conducted and shall state fully the name of the
licensee [and, if the licensee is a copartnership or
association, the names of the members thereof, and if a
corporation, the date and place of its incorporation and
the address of its principal place of business. Such].
THE license shall be kept conspicuously posted in the
licensee's specified place of business and [shall not be
transferable or assignable.] MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR
ASSIGNED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Real Estate Commission — Bond Requirement

FOR the purpose of providing that the Real Estate
Commission is not required to post bond when seeking
an injunction in certain cases.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 56 — Licenses

Section 231A

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 231A of Article 56 - Licenses, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

231A.
