CIRCUIT COURT FOR WICOMICO COUNTY, AND AFTER ALSO
OBTAINING THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE WICOMICO COUNTY
COUNCIL, APPOINT ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT STATE'S ATTORNEYS
HE CONSIDERS NECESSARY TO SERVE FOR A PARTICULAR CASE OR
SERIES OF CASES, THE SALARY OF THESE ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT
STATE'S ATTORNEYS TO BE SET AND APPROVED BY THE WICOMICO
COUNTY COUNCIL.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County — Debt Service Charge

FOR the purpose of making certain changes in terminology
as applied to St. Mary's County relating to benefits
and debt service charges; permitting the St. Mary's
County Commission to set the time or times at which
debt service charges shall be billed; providing for
certain late charges; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County
Section 164(b), (c) , (d), (e) , and (f) and 168
Article 19 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1965 Edition and 1974 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 164(b), (c), (d), (e), and (f)
and 168 of the Public Local Laws of St. Mary's County
being Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1965 Edition and 1974 Supplement, as amended)
be and they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
