expire on June 30, 1973, shall continue until December 3,
1973, at which time they are abolished.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Health — Costs of Care

FOR the purpose of modifying the laws relating to the
determination of costs for care and services
provided in certain public facilities and programs
under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene and for payments for such care
and services; authorizing the rate of payments for
such care and services to be set retroactively for a
certain period; and making this an emergency
measure.
