SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 36C(a)(1) of Article 77 - Public
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 77 — Public Education

36C.

(a) (1) On December 3, 1973, the Board of
Education of Prince George's County shall be composed of
nine members. The descriptions of the school board
districts set forth in this subtitle, including all
references to election districts, wards, precincts,
streets, highways, and other designations, are to the
geographical boundaries thereof as they existed on
December 5, 1972.

School Board Districts:

(i) School board district I shall consist of
election district I and election district 10 in their
entirety and precincts 1, 4, 5, 7 and 10 of election
district 21.

(ii) School board district II shall consist of
precincts 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 11 of election district 21,
election -district 19 in its entirety, and precincts 3, 4
and 5 of election district 16 AND THE AREA BEGINNING AT
THE POINT WHERE THE CENTERLINES OF EDMONSTON ROAD AND
HAMILTON STREET INTERSECT, THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY IN A
STRAIGHT LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 77,
RIVERDALE PARK SUBDIVISION, THENCE FOLLOWING THE LINES OF
THE SUBDIVISION TO THE EXTREME SOUTHWEST CORNER OF IT,
THENCE NORTHERLY AND WESTERLY STILL WITH THE LINES OF
RIVERDALE PARK SUBDIVISION TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
WASHINGTON-BALTIMORE BOULEVARD, THENCE NORTHERLY WITH THE
CENTERLINE OF THE WASHINGTON-BALTIMORE BOULEVARD TO THE
BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN WEST RIVERDALE SUBDIVISION AND THE
MARYLAND REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT COMPANY'S ADDITION TO
HYATTSVILLE, THENCE WESTERLY WITH THE BOUNDARY LINE TO
THE CENTERLINE OF 43RD PLACE, THENCE NORTHERLY WITH THE
CENTERLINE OF 43RD PLACE TO THE CENTERLINE OF COLESVILLE
ROAD, THENCE WESTERLY WITH THE CENTERLINE OF COLESVILLE
ROAD TO THE CENTERLINE OF QUEENS CHAPEL ROAD, THENCE
SOUTHWESTERLY WITH THE CENTERLINE OF QUEENS CHAPEL ROAD
TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY FORMERLY OWNED
BY THE SISTERS OF PROVIDENCE (DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO H.C. DELOZIER RECORDED IN
LIBER 802, FOLIO 306 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY), THE BOUNDARY BEING ALSO THE NORTHERLY
