AN ACT concerning

Governor — Emergency Powers

FOR the purpose of excluding certain vehicle law
violations from the penalties imposed on violations
of certain statutes, orders and regulations
promulgated pursuant to the emergency powers of the
Governor.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 41 — Governor-Executive and Administrative

Departments
Section 15B(g)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 15B(g) of Article 41 -
Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(g) Any violation of the provisions of this
subtitle or any orders, rules or regulations promulgated
hereunder shall be punishable as a misdemeanor and shall
subject the offender to a fine of not more than $1,000 or
