AN ACT concerning

Wildlife - Nongame and Endangered Species
Conservation Act

FOR the purpose of conserving endangered and threatened
species of wildlife and plants by authorizing the
Secretary of Natural Resources to conduct
investigations on nongame species; issue rules and
regulations and to develop conservation programs;
establish an endangered and threatened species list,
prohibit the taking of threatened and endangered
certain exceptions; enabling the

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed:
